The
Department of Computing and Information Technology started in 1995.
However, the role played by the department is very significant in
producing IT and Computing professionals for different Organisations
in Tanzania.
Courses
in CIT are conducted through lectures, seminars, projects, case
studies and discussions.
The
Depart has all the neceessary equipments inluding four computer
labs having 20 computers each
Assesment
is based on test, take home assignments and final examination. Examination
are held at the end of each year.
CIT
produces exellent professionals in Computing and Information Technology.
